Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Design Freelancer to assist with floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, hotel installations, and luxury retail displays. This role is ideal for someone with a strong floral design background who enjoys working on diverse projects in a dynamic and artistic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble floral arrangements for weddings, events, and luxury retail clients.
• Assist with on-site installations, including hotel and corporate floral decor.
• Assist the team in conditioning and processing flowers to ensure optimal freshness and longevity.
• Collaborate with the Lead Floral Designer to bring creative floral concepts to life.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, particularly during peak event seasons.

Requirements

• Proven experience in floral design, with a portfolio showcasing past work (min 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of flower care, handling, and preservation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with large-scale floral installations and event decor.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, based on project needs.
• Physical ability to lift and transport floral arrangements and supplies.
• Access to reliable transportation for on-site work when required.
• Must have a driver's license.
