As our past and current brides know, we use many computer based and web based tools to keep organized and prepare for their wedding.

One of the tools we use to help with big projects is basecamp, it’s worth every penny. But for our brides, we highly recommend checking out Trello. It’s super easy to use, FREE and they have pre built wedding planning templates to get inspiration from.

One of the templates they have is the all important Wedding Day Timeline.

We love when brides or wedding planners send us their Wedding Timeline, we know when to arrive with the fresh flowers, we know who to contact if the table linens have not been placed and it also helps us to see when to tear down any decor we setup.

Another helpful template they have, is the Wedding Planning board. This will help tremendously to avoid feeling overwhelmed as various tasks become due, like when to send out invites or schedule dress fittings.
