Meet Chelsea and Geoff. What a gorgeous and lovely couple! We had the pleasure of designing for their wedding at the Brockhouse this past September. Chelsea and Geoff went with the elegant and traditional pastels  but they let us design it in a new and more modern whimsical way. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were compact style with a natural look of ivory vendela roses, ranunculus, white o’hara garden roses, rustic quicksand roses and our new love the muted purple pastel amnesia roses!! That amnesia rose has taken all of our breaths away this year and we love that extra dimension it brings to all the wedding florals.

Yay, we love designing chuppahs! See how that darker amnesia rose gives the pastels such a unique and modern look. The draping mixture of glorious greenery, especially the ferns and the russian olive (the one with the silver berries) with our wedding classic eucalyptus gives it a real West Coast kind of feel. We also added in some Queen Ann’s Lace for some extra dainty whimsey.

The couple showed us their goofy side and named each table after each of their favourite cheeses. So cute!
