When not eating chicken strips at The Cove, banana bread from Cuppa Joy and Butter Chicken Wraps from Muffin Break, we’ll be hitting up La Ghianda for ridiculously good sandwiches, pastries and cured meats.
Amy, Nicola, Janee and I just inhaled their assortment of sandwiches they had made fresh today before I could take a good picture, but here is one I snapped at their deli.
As a panini addict, the La Ghianda ciabatta bun sandwiches were soo good. The softness and freshness of the baked bread brought out the flavours of all the ingredients. It shows they put great thought into the pairing of the meats and cheeses.
Time to eat this strudel!
