There are many reasons to love Kits and especially the West 4th and Alma district.
You can’t get any better than having the daily routine of being surrounded by fresh flowers on our way back from the floral auction, then savouring a fresh coffee from Cuppa Joy, Blenz or Muffin Break.
Lunch was always something to look forward to as we were surrounded by amazing restaurants like Aphrodite’s Cafe, La Ghianda, Kerkis, and The Cove. We would also get a friendly visit by Harley in the afternoon, the cute doggy from the Okanagon Estate Wine Shop.

The best thing about our Kitsilano neighbourhood was the sense of community. There are countless memories and stories of how supportive our community is. From the folks from LaQuercia popping in to make sure our designer was OK after a thief tried to steal things, Mike from the Okanagan Estate Wine shop telling all his customer’s to visit the best flower shop on the block, to our residential neighbours always referring your friends to us.
